Fantastic experience - I came in on the advice of friends very skeptically due to the build-up. I’ve followed the brand since day 1, but I’d never bought a pair. Anyway, Tate and the good folks in the Rogers, AR styled out our entire family with care and first class hospitality! Even got my logos and initials on my boots at no extra charge! Comfortable, cool place to spend a couple hours shopping and having a nip of bourbon. Will go back every trip to nw Arkansas. Highly recommend

Hannah helped us sort through several styles since I didn't know exactly what I wanted at first. She was kind, knowledgeable, and had great suggestions. It was such a great experience I ended up buying two pairs of boots.

We went today and bought some boots for myself. We dealt with Jason and he was absolutely amazing. He was very personable and spent quite some time with us. We drove 2.5 hours to go there and would do it over again if we had service like we did with Jason. Best customer service we’ve had in a long time.

I have gotten multiple advertisements from Tecovas on SM and then I just happen to walk by this store in Arkansas on my way to the Notre Dame football game. I was looking at cowboy boots but happened to find these boots shown in the photo instead. After thirty days of daily use I am super happy with the purchase and get numerous compliments on the boots. Plus, they are very comfortable. I am sold on this particular boot.

Super good experience! I had ordered a wallet online for cyber Monday and fed-ex lost it. Tecovas was very good to help me try to find it. When they couldn’t find it they refunded my money and gave me a discount code for in store. The rogers store was very helpful and did a great job personalizing the wallet!! Highly recommend!!

Collin has truly been the best person I’ve ever had to support me while picking out my Tecovas boots. His dedication and patience throughout the entire process were incredible, and I really, really appreciate all the hard work he’s done. He didn’t just help me he’s also been a huge support to many of my friends, always going above and beyond to make sure everyone finds exactly what they need. His kindness, knowledge, and genuine care make him stand out as someone truly wonderful. Best customer service I have ever experienced, hands down! Christian & the staff were so helpful with my wedding boots - helping me pick them out & making sure the branding was perfect for the big day with my new initials and wedding date on each boot! My whole family loves all things western wear, but this specific location of Tecovas wins as far as how good they treat their customers!
